Virtual Nature Connection

We are working on a series of ‘Virtual Nature Connection Tours’ for people who find it more difficult to get outdoors into nature or who would just like to have a look at, and listen to nature in different locations.

The first two locations are Janet’s Foss in the Yorkshire Dales and the Falls of Falloch in The Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park.

Janet’s Foss

Janet’s Foss is upstream from Malham in the Yorkshire Dales.

A ‘Foss’ is a Scandinavian name for a force or waterfall. Legend has it that Janet was the Queen of the local faeries and lived in a cave behind the waterfall.

The Falls of Falloch

The Falls of Falloch are situated in the north of the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park about 5 miles South West of Crianlarich.
